32 GOP Representatives Who Voted for Socialism

BREAKING: House Passes Big-3 Bail-Out

by Leslie Carbone

The U.S. House of Representatives has passed the $15-Billion Detroit-Three bail-out, by a vote of 237-170.

Hope for the taxpayers now lies in the Senate, where a handful of Republicans have pledged their opposition and are expected to try to block the bill via filibuster.

 The List

I would like to express my deep appreciation for Representative Tim Walberg (R-MI) who is listed as “not voting.”  He wasn’t listed as answering present, but being from Michigan, I can’t imagine he wouldn’t be there for the vote if he supported the bailout. So, I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt and assuming he didn’t support it.

Thank you Representative Walberg for not succumbing to the greedy, incompetent CEO’s of the big 3 automakers!

Here’s a list of  all Republican representatives who voted FOR the bill:

    Don Young (R-AK)

    Duncan Hunter (R-CA)

    Michael N. Castle (R)

    Donald Manzullo (R-IL)

    Ray LaHood (R-IL)

    Mark Souder (R-IN)

     Steve Buyer (R-IN)

    Ron Lewis (R-KY)

     Jim McCrery (R-LA)

    Peter Hoekstra (R-MI)

    Vern Ehlers (R-MI)

    David Lee Camp (R-MI)

    Fred Upton (R-MI)

    Mike J. Rogers (R-MI)

    Joe Knollenberg (R-MI)

    Candice Miller (R-MI)

    Thaddeus McCotter (R-MI)

     Jim Ramstad (R-MN)

    Jo Ann Emerson (R-MO)

    Jon Porter (R-NV)

     Chris Smith (R-NJ)

     Rodney Frelinghuysen (R-NJ)

    Peter T. King (R-NY)

     John M. McHugh (R-NY)

     Jim Walsh (R-NY)

    Steve LaTourette (R-OH)

     Ralph S. Regula (R-OH)

     Phil English (R-PA)

    Tim Murphy (R-PA)

     Joe Barton (R-TX)

    Paul Ryan (R-WI)

    Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV)

Keep these folks in mind for Election 2010, we need to replace them with real conservatives who don’t see America as an experiment in Socialism!

  1. Great post. To steal a line from Sen. McCain…”Make them famous, You will Know their names…” maybe he didn’t do it, but we need to..

  2. I don’t know if all of you saw, but Unions are now using the bailout ideals to suggest that private banks MUST lend to already BANKRUPT corporations.

Needless to say, this is a terrible idea.

  5. Hey, thanks for saying that about Tim Walberg! Tim is a very passionate conservative. We are so sad to see him leave. But he said he will be back. Help us take America Back to the Constitution, and back to the conservative values of Life, Liberty, Freedom, Faith, and Family. Visit:

  6. Thanks everybody for the great comments! It’s great to know so many are as aggravated by this whole bailout mess as I am!

Let’s keep shouting from the rooftops for all to hear.

May God bless us all if we continue to stand up for what’s right.

  7. That’s it. I’m voting these jerks out. I’ve got Michigan reps that were Republicans from conservative areas that voted for this AND the big honking bailout Bush wanted.

I don’t think I’ll end up voting them out of office directly. I’m voting for STATE SECESSION to get away from these federal corrupt politicians who have destroyed my nation. I am so HOT about the EPA threatening to tax livestock… I’m not putting up with it. It’s like England taxing the colonies. Global warming is a HOAX…a nd they want us all to starve to death as they dump taxes and bailouts on us and destroy our economy.
