“Twenty Ten”–by Lloyd Marcus

The latest song by patriot Lloyd Marcus, who created the American Tea Party Anthem at the beginning of the conservative awakening that began earlier this year.

  1. Mr. Marcus only wrote words to an existing song, “New York, New York”, and he did not give credit to the creators of the music: John Kandel and Fred Ebb. In addition he used the orchestration from Frank Sinatra’s track to back his vocal. In doing this Mr. Marcus has infringed on two copyrights.

    No doubt Mr. Marcus strongly believes in his cause, but he lacks the integrity to at least give credit to the orignal creators of the music, and that diminishes his character.

    • Just curious…how do you know Mr. Marcus didn’t get permission from the copyright holders?
