Feds “can do most anything” to you and me…

…according to California Democrat Rep. Pete Stark.

When asked to explain exactly how the government takeover of health care known as Obamacare is constitutional, and what do the limits of the constitution prevent the federal government from doing to its citizens, Stark replied “the federal government can do most anything in this country.”
